1. Open Microsoft Word and create a New Page.
Create Table
1. Click Table menu / Insert / Table.
2. Delete column number and type 2 / delete row number and type 4.
3. Delete Auto in the Column width box and type 8.9
4. Click O.K.
Modify Table
1. Double click table properties. Click table tab.
2. Click Row tab and Click Specify Height box and type 5 cm. Click arrow to the right of Row height is box and click Exactly.

3. Click O.K.
Insert A Table within a Table
1. Click the first cell of the table, top left.
2. Click Table menu / Insert / Table.
3. Delete column number and type 1 / delete row number and type 3.
4. Click O.K.
Modify Table
1. Double click table properties Click Table tab.
2. Click Row tab, click Specify Height and Type 1.6 in the Height box. Click arrow to the right of Row height is box and click Exactly.

3.Click O.K.
1. Click into the first row of second table.
Insert Clipart
1. Click Insert menu / Picture / Clipart .
2. In the Clip Art panel (right) Type health in the search for box. Click go.
Modify Clipart
1. Double click an image you like. It should appear in the table row.
2. Double click image again.
3.Click Size tab.

4. Ensure that the Lock aspect ratio box is ticked. Type 2.12 in the Height box.
5. Click O.K.
6. Clipart image should appear on the left, if not, click image once to select it and click Left alignment on toolbar.
Enter & Format Text
1. Click into the second row of the second table, type and format the following text which should be in Arial font and aligned right.
Your first & last name (bold, 12)
Manager (12)
2. Click into the third row of the second table, type and format the following text which should be in Arial font and aligned left.
BODYCARE (bold, red 14,)
HEALTH & FITNESS (bold, dark blue, 11)

Modify Table
1. Double click table properties. Click table tab. Click borders and shading (at the bottom).
2. Arrow to the right of the colour box. Click the white colour square.

3. Click O.K.
4. Click O.K.
Copy & Paste Table
1. Click table properties once. The second table will highlight. Click copy on toolbar. Click into the second cell on the main table and click paste on the toolbar.
2. Click and past into all the other empty cells in the main table.
