Clipart is used to jazz up stationary, leaflets and other documents etc.

Clip art examples

1. To view Clipart, Click where you want to insert it on the page.

2. Click the Insert menu / Picture / Clipart.

The Insert Clipart dialog box displays as below if you have Word 98 or 2000. If you have Word XP or Word 2003 scroll down to "Word XP or Word 2003".

3. Click on a category you want. The first page of clips immediately displays.

4. Use the Arrow keys to move from clip to clip

5. Click on the image you want. A shortcut menu appears.

Note! To make changes to your clipart see "Modifying your Clip Art".


Word XP or Word 2003

1. To view Clipart, Click where you want to insert it on the page.

2. Click the Insert menu / Picture / Clip Art.

3. The Clip Art panel will appear on the right of your screen. Enter the type of image you require in the Search For box and click Find.

Note! To make changes to your clipart see "Modifying your Clip Art".

Modifying your Clip Art

To Resize your Clip Art, click the image and drag any of the corners.
Release the mouse when you have the desired size.

To Make other changes to the Clipart, double click the image.
