To display your numbers as currency i.e. with a pound sign.

1. Click or highlight the required cell or cells.
2. Click the Currency tool on the Formatting toolbar.

Note! If you just want to control the decimal places and do not require the Pound sign then do as follows:

1. Click or highlight the required cell or cells.
1. Click the decrease or Increase decimal tool on the Formatting toolbar.

If you select the decrease option, your numbers will be rounded up to the nearest whole number.
