INSERTING A ROW (record)

1. In data view, you can not insert a new row between existing rows. Click New Record tool on the toolbar (this will take you to the next available blank row). Type record.

DELETING A ROW (record)

1. To delete a Row in data view, click the row selector (this indicates the row to be deleted.

2. Click Edit menu / Delete
