1. If your table is open, click File menu / Close. You should have the Object Window displayed.

2. Click Queries from left panel in the Object window

3. Double click ‘Create query in Design view’

4. A list of the tables you have created will appear. Click on the one you want to use.

5. Click Add.

6. Click Close.

Note! The Table Field list will appear at the top of the Query window.
