Task

1. Open the file called job.doc

You will notice that there are some green and red lines under some words. The red lines mean that these are possible spelling errors and the green lines mean that these are possible grammatical errors. Grammatical errors are things such as no capital letters when there should be or no full stops or commas used or may be you have entered the same word twice etc.

2. Use the spell check to change the word employees to employee and correct all the other spelling and grammar mistakes, (see Spell Check notes).

3. Delete the word honestly, (see Delete Text notes).

4. Insert the word really after the words Do you in the first sentence, (see Insert Text notes).

5. Join the second paragraph at the beginning of the words After all when so that it continues after the words knowledge of computers? At the end of the first paragraph, (see notes Join Text).

6. Split the paragraph at the beginning of the sentence Research has shown to make two paragraphs, (see Split text notes).

7. Centre the heading GET THAT JOB, (see Centre text notes).

8. Underline and bold the heading, GET THAT JOB, (see Underline Text and Bold text notes).

9. Type your full name and the date, a few rows below the paragraph.

10. Save your work with a new name: Job Done, (see Give your document a name).

11. Print your work, (see Print document notes).
